What data do we collect?

    • on our email software, held on our secure devices which are accessed only by us, and
    • (if you requested this) on our Substack account.

We will keep your personal data for up to 5 years after you provided it to us, or for up to 5 years after you last contacted us (whichever is the latest). Once this time period has expired: unless you ask us to retain your contact information, we will delete your data from our website’s server and our mailing lists.

We will keep your website access data for not more than 10 days in webserver logs. Once this time period has expired, your data will be automatically deleted by the server from its logs.

We will keep your website access data in non identifying, aggregated report format for 15 months after you use our website.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. We won't do this unless you opt in to receive such information.

If you have agreed to receive marketing information, you may always opt out at any time.
